About me:
Hello, I’m Jenna Burton. I’m from the Florida Keys, originally Missouri. I’m a lifeguard at a beautiful city pool and I love water and the outdoors.
I originally heard about the WR through a friend of a friend. I was hooked immediately. I was looking up stories, reviews, blogs, YouTube channels and anything I could find out more about it. After my heart skipped a beat (thank you Pastor Tony) I started asking friends about it, what their thoughts were, how crazy was it and so forth. I started to pray about it. I was focused on work and school, but something made me REALLY pray about it.
So much so that I decided to follow someone who was going on it. I had a selection of people to choose from. Between top blogs and YouTube channels, the options were a lot. I talked to my mentor about it and she shared that if I was going to start a conversation with this person, make sure it was someone I could connect with. So, I did.
I got to see this wonderful passionate young woman Morgan White go through her race and return to the field to lead new racers.

World Race is an 11-month mission trip to 11 countries. I have been accepted to the Expedition Route, Turkey – Indonesia. I launch October with my training camp just before hand! I have a squad of 18 people right now and we will break off into teams of 6ish. The team will be joining a local ministry in each country doing whatever is asked of us. This could look like teaching the gospel, English, or our testimonies. To farming, building things, or tearing down old buildings. And a whole lot in between these items.

Edit: My training camp is now October 5th-14th with my launch date right afterwards.
