Hello friends and family!

I wanted to pop in and tell you what I’ve been up to. As you’ve might have guessed I am back from the World Race! We landed in New York on November 20th. A group of us stayed in New York for a couple of days to explore. I flew out to Phoenix to visit my aunt, grandma, and cousin. I was able to see the Grand Canyon and hike to Devil’s Bridge in Sedona, AZ. Unfortunately, I ended up catching covid and had to extend my stay. But it wasn’t just a coincidence that I got covid because both my aunt and grandma had it too. Spending extra time with them was really nice. We all had mild cases.

Eventually, I made my way back to Missouri where I am now. Wrapping up an amazing year with my family. I had plans to see my church family in Florida but some expensive car work made me think twice about driving down. Plus the 20 hour drive by myself… isn’t always fun. My heart is broken that I don’t get to see my Florida family. But the Lord can use every situation.

What’s next? So glad you asked! After WR and learning so much I decided I needed more. The Lord has more. More growth, experience, learning, discipleship… just more. So I applied to a secondary program Adventure In Mission has to offer called Center for Global Action(CGA). I had an interview and was accepted into the program.

CGA is a discipleship program where I’ll learn MORE about Christ, the Holy Spirit, spiritual gifts, identity in Christ, and much more. It’s a five-month program in Gainesville, Georgia. It officially starts on January 14th. That is exactly one month from today.

This is where I ask for your help. To attend this program I am fundraising again. This time it’s $6,000. Without me working at all this year and just getting home I am fully relying on God to make this happen. I’m asking you to ask Christ if you should donate. I know it’s been a wild year but there is so much MORE out there and I NEED to know about it.

Please consider a tax-deductible donation. And as always, I could use your prayers for directions, hearing the Lord, and processing.

I would love to share more with anyone who has questions. Please call or email me if so!!!

In Him,

JKB
